Abstract

Through biological engineering fermentation technology, making full use of the high productivity of deep-liquid fermentation,to produce G.lucidum 730 mycelia and polysaccharide in 500 L automatic stainless steel fermenter. The results were as follows, after a fermention time of 70 hours, there was no obvious vgerminate and lock like connection on the mycelia wall. There was a little mycelia dissolved with no other bacteria. The consistence of G.lucidum clump is about 30%,Extracellular Ganoderma Polysaccharide and Intracellular Ganoderma Polysaccharide is 3.5 g/L and 4.8% respectively.
