Abstract
In order to select new rice blast resistant germplasms, the genetic diversity between Dacca6 and 27 hybrid rice parents were evaluated by means of 68 microsatellites distributed over the whole rice genome.A total of 251 alleles were detected, and the number of alleles per markers ranged from 2~9,with an average of 3.9.DICE genetic similarity coefficients were calculated using the software of NTSYS-pc 2.10e and a dendrogram was constructed by the unweighted pair group method of arithmetic average(UPGMA).All cultivars could be divided into two groups at genetic similarities 0.44.Dacca6 with high genetic diversities could be grouped alone. The number of its genetic similarities compared with other cultivars ranged from 0.330~0.517,with an average of 0.402.The results suggested that Dacca6 with high diversities could be crossed with other cultivars to improve rice qualities.
