Abstract
Broken rapeseed as raw materials,based on single factor experiments,response surface analysis was taken to optimize four significant influential factors(ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times),which is greater impact on the extraction of rapeseed polyphenols.The best extraction conditions for the concentration were ethanol content 65%(V/V),extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time of 50 min,feed liquid ratio of 1∶8(m∶V),hydrochloric acid content of 0.04%,oscillator speed 200 r/min,3 times extracted.Under this condition,the total polyphenol extraction rate reached 75.39%.
