Abstract
The extraction technology of carotenoid from rapeseed was studied in this paper.The effects of factors as solvent types,solid-liquid ratio,granularity of material,extraction times and temperature on the extraction rate of carotenoid were examined through single factor experiment.The results showed that the best extraction conditions were as follows:petroleum ether-acetone(1∶1,v/v)as solvent,solid-liquid ratio(g/mL)was 1∶30,the granularity of material was 100 mesh,extraction time was 6h,extraction temperature was 40℃,and extraction three times.
