Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of acute renal failure, so as to provide the guidance for clinical treatment. Methods Forty-seven patients with acute renal failure in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected as the research objects in this study and randomly divided into the observation group(n = 24) and the control group(n = 23). Patients in the observation group were treated with continuous blood purification, while patients in the control group were treated with conventional hemodialysis. The levels of serum creatinine(Scr), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) before and after therapy of two groups were observed and compared, and the mortality rates of two groups were compared. Results 1 The levels of Scr and BUN after therapy decreased significantly in both group(P 0.05), and the levels of Scr and BUN of observation group after therapy were significantly lower than those of control group after therapy(P 0.05). 2The mortality rate of observation group was 4.17%(1/24), significantly lower than 30.43%(7/23) of control group(P 0.05). Conclusions Continuous blood purification has significant effect in the treatment of acute renal failure. It can promote the recovery of renal function, and save patients' lives at the most, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
