Abstract

Liability for breaking a contract and for tort are the two important civil liabilities in civil law. The two have distinct differences in the connotation, construction and the mode of inheritance etc.. To correctly tell them apart is helpful for dealing with the civil disputes and protecting their legitimate rights and interests.
