Five Problems Must Be Solved in the Making of Tort Liability Law

Tort Liability Law concerns the protection of the people's rights,so making such a law has some difficulties.On April 21,2008,the Law Commission under the National People's Congress held the first discussion meeting at which five problems were put forward,such as nature of Tort Liability Law,articles of tort liability,types of infringement act,liability forms and tort liability.What acts belong to infringement ones stipulated in Tort Liability Law and what the contents of stipulation are will be commented on in this paper.Tort Liability Law is a branch of civil law,so this law with Chinese characteristics will have been made as long as these problems can be solved.
