Abstract
Linalyl acetate was synthesized by reaction-distillation technology with sodium acetate anhydrous as catalyst.Influences of reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of catalyst,entrainer and ratio of linalool to acetic anhydride were discussed. The results showed that the yield of the product could reach to 92% under the conditions that n(linalool) :n(acetic anhydride) :n(sodium acetate anhydrous )=1.0 :1.35 :0.10,n(entrainer) :n(linalool) = 1.6 :1,reaction temperature 135℃ and reaction time 13~15 h.
