Analysis on Labor-Capital Relations in the Socialism Market Economy

There're logical relations between labor and capital,it's characterized capital priority,labor-capital balance,la-bor priority three stages.The labor relations of contemporary capitalism are in the second stage.While in the socialism market economy,the labor-capital relations are in the end of the first stage and are beginning to transit to the second stage.During this transitional period,the government faces a serial of problem in regulating capital,protecting of labors,giving attention to both labor and capital: the ability of the government in regulation of capital,and initial distribution are limited,and it also lacks actions in protecting labors;the ability of Trade Union in protecting labors is relatively weak;socialism democracy sys-tem needs further improvement to guarantee labors rights.The dramatic contrast of the two sides in Labor-Capital accelerates the polarization in distribution,which should extremely claim our attention.
