Abstract
The content of six trace elements content including Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn in Magnolia officinalis Rend.Et Wils.from different zone were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS).The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3,the method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method. The results show that Magnolia officinalis Rend.Et Wils.embrace lots of trace elements which are necessary for people, the recoveries of these microelements are between 94.0% to 105.0%,the result of the method is accuracy and satisfactory.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
