The Modes of the Management in Blood Bank for Quality Control the Blood Supply

Abstract

Objective Building a system of managing the blood supply by quality control in order to provide the blood products in safety and best quality.Methods Established the entire quality control system in Blood Bank by the guidance of ISO-9000 standard to supply the blood and blood products safe.Results The former unstandardized,loose customs have been effectively changed by running the system under the quality management.The Criterions of Blood Transfusion have been implemented throughout the whole procedures clinically.Conclusion The implementation of standardization mode of quality management is able to improve the work efficiency,prevent the occurrences of severe medical accidents and guarantee the safety clinical blood transfusion.
