Abstract

The triple Jump that is special for its speed has become a tendency.In order to develop triple Jump athletes who own speed,we take a training model of transferring from.Walking run to running skill,which is special for speed,We have carried out training experiment for two years so as to provide helpful experience for the early training of triple jump.
