Abstract

A scientific and reasonable layout of development is an important part in building Central Plains Economic Zone and promoting the rise of Central China.The construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone is a systematic project and the layout of development has to be adjusted constantly according to the change of the situation and the development of economy.On the basis of the existing layout,this article presents a new idea-the network model of 'one growth pole,two economic belts,three economic circles and four plates',which will contribute to giving play to the regional advantages and promoting the coordinated development of the economy in Central China as a brand-new train of thought.
