Abstract
Linear traditional periodization contributed great to the Chinese sports development. Recently,non-traditional periodization is very popular in western country. By reviewing and analyzing on traditional periodization and non-traditional periodization,this paper concludes that the introduction of non-traditional periodization enriched and reinforced the traditional periodization which still has great significance for us to organize the sports training process.
