Abstract

For a long term,developing countries have been embedded into the low-end of global value chain led by developed countries.Tragic growth and low-end lock have become the shackles of developing countries' industrial upgrading.Through the construction of independent value chain can realize the change from passive access to resources,enterprises disorder and excessive competition and enterprises' single professional or all-round to actively seeking resources,moderate monopoly and enterprises' all-round professional.So construction of independent global value chain is an effective way promoting industrial upgrading in developing countries.
