Abstract
Using 320 college students in Guangzhou as samples,the research was measured by SCCS(Self Consistency and Congruence Scale) and SADS(Social Avoidance and Distress Scale).The result showed: ①Today's college students show good self consistency any congruence and get better in all;②There are different social anxieties in college students.About 70.9% students have mild social anxiety and 16.2% students have more serious social anxiety;③The result of stepwise regression shows that self-congruence is a good prediction to social anxiety.
