On the Defects and Perfection of the Guarantee System of the Criminal Ligitation Rights

Using the method of comparative research and through analysis of the defects of criminal victim litigation rights guarantee system,this paper concludes that China should give criminal sentencing suggestion right,right of victim,improve the agency system,and build the judicial review application system,legal aid system,the system of compensation for mental damage.
