Abstract
In the Korea's code of criminal law procedure,victims of criminal acts lack satisfactory legal status and guarantee of litigation rights.The victim compensation system needs to be improved.Consequently,it is necessary for us to use the experience of the more perfect victim compensation systems which exist in Korea.
