Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome in invigorating spleen and soothing liver medicine.Methods:95 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,in which,treatment group applying TCM,while control group applying loperamide hydrochloride,then obseve the change of symptom,signs and relapse frequency.Results:The total efficacy rate in treatment group was 94.9%,and control group was 81.0%.Treatment group was obviously better than control group,which had statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:TCM treat diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome had a better effect.
