Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of early intravenous thrombolysis of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator(rt-PA) on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Method 18 patients with ACI were treated with rt-PA as observation group, the other 36 cases treated with aspirin tablets as control group. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) before treatment and after treatment l d, of 7 d, 2l d 90 d were compared, and the clinical efficacy and quality of daily life score(BI Index) after treatment were compared. Result On the day 21 and 90, the NIHSS score in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P 0.05). On the day 90, the effective rate in observation group was 72.2%, and it was significantly higher than that in control group(P 0.05). The BI index in observation group was significantly better than control group(P 0.05), the traumatic brain cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction recurrence incidence had no significant difference between two groups(P 0.05). Conclusion The therapy of rt-PA thrombolytic( 6 hours) in ACI is safe and effective.
