Advices including putting Giant Plan into practice, making a batch of agricultural product processing faucet enterprise having notable influence in the whole nation, taking the agricultural product processing park and the demonstrate base as the main grasper, accelerating the agricultural product processing concentration cluster; accelerating technological innovation and upgrading the level of science and technology in agricultural products; strengthening brand construction and increasing the agricultural products marketing ability and marketplace competition, making supervisory service system perfect and improving propulsion mechanism are proposed.
