Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect about Glimepiride combined acupuncture and medicine treatment of Qi and Yin Deficiency Type-2 Diabetes. Methods Selected 80 cases of Type-2 diabetes in our hospital from February 2007 to February 2009,were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and control group were treated with Glimepiride tablets, observation group were treated with Glimepiride combined acupuncture and medicine. Results:Comparison of fasting blood glucose: 2 groups before and after treatment compared with its own significant difference(P0.001 or P0.01),after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(P0.05);2-hour postprandial blood glucose comparison: 2 groups before and after treatment compared with its own significant difference(P0.001),after treatment between the two groups had significant difference(P0.05);efficacy comparison: To observe the group was rate was 95.00% higher than that of the total effective rate was 77.50%,significantly different(P0.05).The observation group had no obvious adverse reaction;the control group 1 cases of hypoglycemia(2.50%),nausea in 1 case(2.50%),vertigo in 1 case(2.50%).Conclusions Glimepiride combined acupuncture and medicine is effective in treatment of the patients with Type-2 diabetes,But also relatively safe, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
