On the Role of Student Party Members in the Democratic Management of University Secondary Colleges

Student Party members are the outstanding students in universities;with a strong spirit of innovation and democracy,to a certain extent,they reflect the talents training objectives and characteristics in China and influence the contents,measures and means of democratic management of the secondary colleges.The good suggestions put forward by student Party members make the democratic management more scientific and more democratic;Student Party members play a role in the teaching democratic management with a positive attitude and reasonable suggestions;and with their own management practice and experience,they pass on the culture of democratic management so that the democratic management will be deeply rooted in students,teachers and administrators and become a conscious act,thus making the management more scientific and democratic.
