Abstract
This paper mainly introduced the method of using Solidworks platform for a welding manipulator series design,assembly,optimization.This design mainly includes the following five parts: the use of Solidworks software feature based solid modeling method to finish 3D part model;using Solidworks with powerful function based on assembly,assembly,and the key parts to check interference;using the Solidworks simulation plugin for analysis optimization;using Solidworks module to generate engineering drawing;using the Solidworks parameter modeling and configuration function to complete a series of designs rapidly.
