Abstract
The following paper analyzes the method to lower urban rail transit construction investment from rational setting urban rail transit network's scale,track alignment,line paving method,and space between stations,and points out that man should lower his construction investment based on the principle of safety,reliability,applicability and economy,using advanced design concept,and bringing in new subway operation system.
