Clinical efficacy of dezocine in the treatment of renal colic

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of intramuscular injection of dezocine combined with benzene three phenol in the treatment of renal colic.Methods: 150 cases of renal colic patients were randomly divided into A,B,C 3 groups,50 patients in each group.Group A: Received muscle injection of dezocine 5 mg.Group B: Received intramuscular promethazine 25 mg.Group C: Received intramuscular pethidine hydrochloride 75 mg.Then,to observe the analgesia effect,adverse reactions,analysis of treatment within 6 h after pain recurrence rate.Results: 10,30,60 and 120 min after the treatment,analgesic effect in A,B,C groups was statistically significant difference(P0.05).6 h pain recurrence rates in A,B,C groups were 4%,6% and 4%,the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction were 12%,12% and 14% in the 3 groups,no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of renal colic with intramuscular injection of dezocine has good analgesia,low pain recurrence rate and low incidence of adverse reactions.
