The comparsion of hybrid -effect of Chuan-Dong white small-type goat with Bore goat and Nan-Jiang yellow goat

The effects of hybrid about Chuandong white small-type goat with Bore goat and Nanjiang Yellow goat was studied .The results showed ,the performance of Chuandong white small-type goat was improved by crossing with those two breeds. The improvement with Bore goat is more distinct than that with Nanjiang yellow goat. To Bore goat ,the filial generation body-weight at birth, two months old ,six months old and ten months old is higher 9.00%, 26.68%,58.48% and 42.58% than those with Nanjiang yollow goat .The dressing percent and percent of net meat of the filial generation of Bore goat is also higher 3.75% and 5.15% than those with Nanjiang yollow goat .The study illustrated that to choose Bore goat to improve the performance of Chuandong white small-type goat is feasible .
