Abstract

The body weight(BW),body height(BH),body length(BL),heart girth(HG),cannon girth(CG)of the crossbred F 1 generation among Boer goat,Nanjiang Yellow goat with Guizhou native goats (BGF 1,NGF 1)were measured and compared with the native goat (GWG)in Shiqian conuty,Guizhou province. It was showed that BGF 1 could increase the birth weight, two month, four month, six month and eight month weight by 67.57%,41.18%,62.71%,25.19% and 40.41% for male,by 67.65%,28.39%,88.41%,26.19% and 13.89% for female,NGF 1 by 8.11%,35.29%,35.71%,12.59% and 31.82% for male,by 11.76%,31.82%,57.91%,16.67% and 24.31% for female respectively.BGF 1 male goat averaged 1.25kg,2.8kg,5.1kg,1.4kg and 5.9kg in birth weight, two month, four month, six month and eight month weight, female goat averaged 1.15kg,1.9kg,6.1kg,3.3kg and 2.0kg copared with GWG at the same age.The nutrition and management should be improved for the crossbred F 1 generation among Boer goat,Nanjiang Yellow goat with Guizhou native goat.
