Application of Molecular Marker in Fruit Trees

Abstract
In this paper,the author summarizes the basic principles and characteristics of a few types of molecular markers frequently used in fruit trees.At the same time,their application in construction of genetic linkage maps,establishment of fingerprinting pool,identification of cultivars,pedigree analysis,localization of gene and molecular marker assisted selections was reviewed.
