Abstract
The research on DNA molecular marker in deciduous fruit tree, including identifying variety, genetic polymorphism, construction of molecular marker linkage maps and other applications of molecular marker is summarized. Molecular mark applicatio on fruit tree is still relatively backward. It should be combined together with routine technical research in order to accelerate the application process of molecular marker at fruit tree.
