Abstract
The effect,benefit and efficiency of morality construct the efficient basic content of college morality education.The characteristic of realistic society,the existing problems of college itself and the elements of the students limit and influence the efficiency of college morality education.Scientific forming of morality target,renewal of contents,perfect innovation of morality mechanism and optimization of the quality of the teaching staff are the four aspects to improve the efficiency of college morality education.
