Abstract
This paper pointed out the basic principles and functions of ecological environmental quality evaluation index system of mining area,and established a framework for it in order to describe and measure problems of ecological environmental quality with clear aspects,which can advantageously enhance the reasonability and scientificity of the evaluation and had important significance for protecting and recovering ecological environment of mining area.
