Abstract
Objective To study the proper time of indwelling urethral catheter among patients who have accepted the continuous epidural analgesia.Method Divided 143 patients into the A and B group. There were 72 patients in the A group and indwelled the urethral catheter lasting 48 hours after the operation. There were 71 patients in the B group and indwelling urethral catheter time was 24 hours.Compare the incidence rate of uroschesis between the two groups. Results There was a significant difference between the incidence rate of uroschesis between the two groups. Conclusion Indwelled the urethral catheter lasting 48 hours after the operation for patients who have accepted the continuous epidural analgesia can effective prevent the uroschesis.
