Abstract
objective To study the effects of Kangfenghong on serum uric acid in hyperuricemic rats induced by adenine combined with yeast extract.METHODS SD rats were divided into 5 groups,control,model,allopurinol group,high dose group,and low dose group.Hyperuricemia in rats were induced by adenine and yeast extract intragastrically,and then serum uric acid were measured at the end of 4、6 weeks.RESULTS high dose group and low dose group could effectively lower the levels of serum uric acid.CONCLUSION Kangfenghong can reduce the levels of serum uric acid effectively.
