Influence Analysis of Bridge Pier Local Scour to the Bridge

Abstract

To study the effect of the bridge pier local scour to the bridge,this paper focuses on the influence factors of the bridge pier local scour,enumerated the calculated formulas of the local scour which include and non-cohesive soilriverbed.Then use the data from the experiment to calculated the scouring depth of the main and side bridge pier by the calculated formulas of the local scour.The best location of the para-built bridge is analyzed and the research results provide technical basis for the design of the bridge.
