Effect Observation on Treating 40 cases with Simple Chronic Bronchitis by Acupuncture,Acupoint Application Compounded with Levofloxacin

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of treating simple chronic bronchitis by acupuncture,acupoint application compounded with Levofloxacin.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into acupuncture,acupoint application compounded with Levofloxacin observation group and Levofloxacin control group,the observation group were given 0.3g Levofloxacin and 100 ml 0.9% of natrium muriaticum,qd iv gtt,acupuncture and acupoint application once every day respectively,needles were remained 30 minutes,applications were remained 6 hours,the treatment course was 1 to 2 weeks.the control group were given 0.3g Levofloxacin and 100ml 0.9% of natrium muriaticum,qd iv,the treatment course was 1 to 2 weeks.Results:The observation group efficacy rate was 95.50%,the control group was 72.50%,the difference was obviously(P0.05).Conclusion: It was very effective and safe in treating chronic bronchitis by acupuncture and acupoint application,so it will be worthly generalizated and applicated.
