Abstract
Objective The aim of the study is to explore the optimum condition to cultivate the Fusarium oxysporum and produce T-2 fungal toxin. Methods The fungi were isolated and purified after the cultivation of 8 days, second filial generation sporus were inoculated and cultivated on sterile corn(pH 7.0~7.2)with different time(2w,4w,6w),the temperature was 15 ℃.Results The contents of T-2 fungal toxin were detected with high performance liquid chromatogram(HPLC).The result shows that the cultivated time is the important factor and the content of T-2 fungal toxin is different,6w≥4w≥2w.Conclusion The cultivated time is the important factor of the content of T-2 fungal toxin.
