Exploration of Reform to Physical Education

With the full implementation of the quality-education and deepened school physical education reform,there has been some new teaching concepts and teaching mode such as Happy Sports,Sports for life and Creative Sports.However,after participating in a variety of teaching and research activities,the author found that under the premise of quality-education implementation,many teachers do not know the teaching objectives clearly,their theoretical knowledge is not in place,their methods are not optimized,and therefore the practice of reform is at some misunderstanding.
