Biography of Tian Wen

Tian Wen was a famous official in Qing Dynasty.He was honest and upright and great achievements,So he won the high praise and trust of Emperor Kangxi.He was a productive writer and his delicate poems were as famous as those of Wang Yuyang/s.Based on such historical documents as“chronicle of Meng zhai′s life”,this thesis is devoted to a systematic reconstruction of Tian Wen′s life trails,especially the hardships in his early years,his experience as an educational inspector in JiangNan when he was a middle-aged man,his experience as a governor in Jiangning,and his main administrational achievement in Guizhou.
