The Clinic Summary Of 283 Cases To The Mesh- Plug Tension Freeherioplsty Applied On The Treatment Of Inguinal Hernia

Objective To summarize clinic experience of 283 cases the mesh- plug tension freeherioplsty applied on the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Various kinds of 283 inguinal hernia patients were treated by mesh-plug hernia repair with the BRAWN Mesh .The operative procedure, surgical indication, ability recovery, postoperative pain, complications and recurrence rate were studied. Results Compared with the traditional hernia repair procedure, The mesh-plug hernia repair had a greater advantage such as a wider surgical indication, easier surgical performance, more simple operative procedure, quicker recovery, fewer complications and lower recurrence. Conclusions The mesh- plug tension freeherioplsty is a suitable operation method to human physiology and anatomy, and it have more greater advantage which the traditional hernia repair procedure dosen' t have.
