Actually, from the global perspective, the integration of Eastern and Western architecture culture, advantaged culture, disadvantaged culture, together with the age of new technology, have formed a large-span concept of time and space. In response to the reality, what we need now is the new architecture both keeping the tradition and presenting contemporary spirit. Although China started late, it will, in the near future, create a new architecture culture in all areas. Such a new culture is the local, cultural, and modern architecture form. It is new in that new technique, material, structure, work is applied without abandoning traditional material, work and local technique. We can have a new way of creativity and our architecture culture will also become a great part in the world architecture culture. It is necessary to notice that the basis of multiple creation is a mutualism among different cultures and mutual respect, study and development are a reference, an integration, an environment design and also a revival of ecology.
