Exploration of the Epistemology of Economic Law

Abstract

The epistemology of economic law is an important part of the research of economic law that deserves much concern of the people. Since now we are in a time that the history of law is under reconsideration, apart from recognizing new economic legal phenomena, we should systematically examine the cognitive process and its consequences, i.e., strengthen the study of the epistemology of economic law. Only by doing so, can we better our understanding of economic law and then guide the practice of economic law with sound cognitive experiences.
