ECONOMIC NATURE OF ECONOMIC LAW

The research in economic nature of economic law should be referred to a series of standards,adopting the fundamental concepts in relevant social sciences and scrutinizing the independent and scientific nature of economic law.Debating on the natures of different laws in the same scope we should abide by the principles of highlighting specialties and disregard common natures.We should not put doubt on the social nature of economic law,but simultaneously disagree to take it as an independent one.Instead,economic law embodies the economic nature from logical setting points to valuable goals hereof.
