Abstract
The promulgation of Law on legislation makes a progress in the rule of law in China, but its regulations are still not perfect. This article begins with the theoretical investigation of the conception of the administrative legislation; combines with the status of the administrative legislation; and then comments the contribution of Law on legislation to the main problems in the administrative legislation practice and its defects.
