Abstract

BaDaoWan Formation of ErZhongXi area in Karamay Oil field is representative Pluvial fan.Conventional microfacies method isn’t suited to subdivide reservoir.A study of sedimentary microfacies was carried out with a combination of sedimentary environment analysis and lithofacies.By means of core observation particle-size analysis and sedimentary structure BaDaoWan Formation of ErZhongXi area belongs to middle fan of Pluvial fan.Based on the coring well study, there are four types of sedimentary microfacies:braided channel conglomeratic facies, braided channel coarse-sand facies, braided channel fine-sand facies, braided channel claystone facies.Quantitive identification pattern of microfacies-lithofacies is established by Applying the graph of convergence of porosity and permeability and the criterion of classified lithofacies. And the profile and flat distribution characteristics of it are also studied. At last, facies pattern of the district is summaried. All of these provide the dependable geology recognition for reservoir exploitation.
