The Experiment of Transferring Embryo to Holstein with Sex Control Frozen Embryo at Pastoral Area

The local cattle and crossbred cattle were selected as recipients and carried out Holstein sex control frozen embryo transfer,the number of recipients were 126,and then pregent checked after two month,58 were pregent,with gestation rate 46.0%,for investigating in the second year,48 calves were born,the female calves rate were 92.3%,The result shows that yellow cattle imp rovment are used embryo transfer nether the female calving increased double to improved it nor the more increased of the high quality female cattle,which will bring about profits for herdsmen.
