Abstract
Objective To determine the expression and relationship between CD44V6 and P16 in gastric cancer with HP infection. Methods Expression of CD44V6, and P16 were investigated in 96 gastric cancer by using immunohistochemistry. HP was examined by both of Warthin -Starry method and RUT. Results HP positive group compare with HP negative group in gastric mucosal lesions, Expression of P16 in HP positive group was lower than that in HP negative(P0.01);Expression of CD44V6 in HP positive group were higher than that in HP negative group(P0.01).Expression of P16 was significantly correlated with expression of CD44V6 in gastric cancer with HP infection(rs=-07431,P0.01).Conclusion Expression of P16,and CD44V6 play an important role in gastric cancer.[
