Abstract
By analyzing the skating motions of long track and short track speed skating, the paper thinks that the influence of short track speed skating curve technique exercises on the speed skaters' turning ability is good. After illuminating the bonding point between long track and short track speed skaters' turning motions from the aspects of lower limbs' action, namely the hip, knee, ankle joint angles, body lean, push angle, technical and tactical training, the paper analyzes the rationality of applying the short track speed skating curve technique in optimizing the speed skaters' turning skills. It indicates the short track speed skating curve technique exercises is significant for improving the speed skaters' turning ability.
