Research on Innovating the Turns Technique Training of Sprint Speed Skating

In order to improve the turns technique and skating performance of sprint speed skating,with the methods of documental information,comparative analysis and experimentation,the paper analyzes the differences and similarities between the sprinters' turns technique and the short track speed skaters' turns technique in following aspects: action structure,technical characteristics;muscular strength features,sloped angle of turns skating and training methods.The results show that there are many similarities and the sprinters may learn the short track speed skaters' turns technique training for reference.The experimentation evinces that the application of short track speed skaters' turns technique training in improving the sprinters' turns techniqe and skating performance is resultful.As an innovative research of sprint speed skating's turns technique training,the purpose is to have a new breakthrough of sprint speed skating's turns technique training.
