Abstract

Objective:To establish a method for rapid determination of 21 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by capillary gas chromatography at the same time. Methods:The sample was stirred into homogenate and extracted by acetonitrile. After the extract was concentrated, the residues were dissolved to constant volume with acetone and injected into capillary gas chromatography with Rtx-1701 and flame photometric detector for qualification and quantification. Results:The pesticides were separated from each other very well within 29 minutes.Good linearities were obtained. The recovery rates of two levels in beans,Chinese cabbages and pears were from 80.4% to 93.4% and the relative standard derivation was from 2.6% to 9.9%.The minimum detection concentration was from 0.003 to 0.032 mg/kg.Conclusion:This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It can be applied to determine the organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues in vegetables and fruits.
